Technology can be a valuable tool to a small business and it can also be a hindrance. We’ve offered multiple platforms to contact us and conduct business in the past but we’ve discovered this is not an efficient way of conducting business and it is impossible to manage multiple platforms for your enquiries.
We now have only two routes of enquiry, landline and email.
Social media enquiries will be switched off and mobile numbers shelved along with other messaging platforms removed ,so we can streamline and deal with your enquiries efficiently through two basic channels; telephone and email.
As the company expands and we offer more services, this is a more efficient way for you to contact us to get a timely response. Our new telephone contact system will help aid your enquiry to the correct department and our email system is monitored more closely than socials.
